Tara J. has been passionately involved in the art of pole dance for over a decade, bringing both experience and heart to every space she enters. She officially became a certified Pole Instructor in 2015 and has been committed ever since to helping others build confidence, strength, and self-expression through movement.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Tara relocated to the DMV area in 2014 to advance her career in Public Health. What began as a hobby soon became a calling when she discovered pole fitness — and she quickly fell in love with the powerful blend of athleticism, artistry, and empowerment it offers.
Tara went on to serve as a pole instructor at Divas and Dolls Fitness in Temple Hills, MD, where she taught all levels of pole for three years. During that time, she refined her teaching style and developed a passion for creating inclusive, uplifting environments where students of all backgrounds could thrive.
In 2018, Tara returned home to Philadelphia with a clear mission: to pour back into her community by sharing her gifts, passion, and vision for empowerment through movement. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and is a strong advocate for holistic wellness, believing that pole dancing is a powerful tool for improving physical health, boosting self-esteem, and helping women reconnect with their bodies in a positive way.
Today, Tara continues to champion pole fitness as both an art form and a wellness movement — inspiring others to move boldly, live confidently, and embrace their strength from the inside out.
A safe space for individuals to learn, grow, explore and be their best selves!
