Intro To Pole
Starting from the basics, consider this your Pole 101. In this intro class, you will learn the very basics of pole dancing, with sensual moves around the pole, basic hand and leg grips and conditioning to get your pole journey started.
You must get approved by your instructor to move on to Pole 1.
Pole 1
This class builds on the skills learned in Intro to Pole as well as more work on conditioning using both static and spinning poles. You will learn intermediate spins, climbs, tricks and transitions.
You must get approved by your instructor to move on to Pole 1.5.
Pole Spin 1
This class builds on spin basics learned in Pole 1. Students will learn safety, proper technique while controlling your spin speed, how to maintain body awareness, and of course pointing those toes!
Prerequisites: Students must have taken at least 3-5 Pole 1 classes. This is not an introductory class. If you’ve never taken pole dance or only taken a few classes, please register for Intro to Pole.
Pole 1.5
This class builds on and combines skills learned in Pole 1 as well as more work on conditioning using both static and spinning poles.
Prerequisites: Chopper, Bat, Jasmine, Side Climb, Layback. You must get approved by your instructor to move on to Pole 2.
Pole Spin 1.5
This class focuses on more intermediate skills/tricks on the spinning pole as well as more work on conditioning.
Prerequisites: Chopper, Bat, Jasmine, Side Climb, Layback
Pole 2
This class builds on what you learned in Level 1.5. You will learn advanced spins, climbs, tricks and transitions.
Prerequisites: Superman, Butterfly, Leg Hangs, Aerial Chopper, Shoulder Mount
Pole Mix-ALL LEVELS
This class is open to ALL levels of students from newbies to pole dance veterans. Students work at their own level on skills that they wish to accomplish.
Pole Fit
This is a full body strength training class using the pole! Get fit, burn calories and enhance stamina on the pole. This class will give you an invigorating workout that will keep you coming back for more! All levels are welcome!
Beginner Poleography
Students will learn fluidity of movement around the pole through choreography consisting of spins, tricks, transitions, and floor work. Knee pads are required and heels are optional.
Prerequisites: Students must have taken at least 3-5 Intro to Pole classes to attend class. This is not an introductory class. If this is your first time taking a pole class, please register for Intro to Pole.
Intermediate Poleography
Students will learn fluidity of dynamic aerial movement through static and spin pole choreography. Knee pads are required and heels are optional.
Prerequisites: Chopper, Bat, Jasmine, Side Climb, Layback
Choppers & Inverts
Inverts and choppers are key moves in pole. In this class, students will focus on conditioning and biomechanics that are specific to learning proper inversion techniques. ALL levels are welcome!
Floor WERK
This is an ALL floor work flow class! Come and learn how to slink and slither in style using the floor as your base, working from the ground up. Students will learn short sequences and explore personal movement through optional freestyle. Knee pads are required, clothing layers are recommended for comfort, and heels are welcome! This class is for ALL levels!
Flexy & Bendy
Trying to stretch for splits? Want to be able to execute more difficult moves in pole classes? Or maybe you just want to become more flexible in general. This class focuses on full body flexibility which is needed to progress successfully on your pole journey. All levels are welcome!
Stretch You Out
Come breathe and stretch it out with us! Free your mind, as you exhale all of the negative energy, and inhale all of the positive energy while straightening, and extending your body to its full length. Enjoy nice deep stretching through your legs, hips, back, chest and shoulders.
Open Pole (No Instructor)
Practice makes perfect! Come and practice the moves/routine you learned in class and perfect your technique. This class has no instruction.
