TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class begins. If you arrive 10 minutes after class has begun, you will NOT be allowed to participate.
• All participants must complete the online client waiver form before booking class. No exceptions.
• For your safety and others, please DO NOT wear any jewelry, soaps, oils or lotions to pole class. Jewelry gets stuck on clothing and the pole. Soaps, oils and lotions make the skin slippery and are hazardous when trying to execute different movements in class.
• No refunds. Studio credit only.

CANCELLATIONS/LATENESS/NO-SHOWS

• You must cancel up to 2 hours before class time in order to avoid a late cancellation fee and loss of your class credit.
• If you arrive 10 minutes after class has begun, you will not be allowed to participate and will be charged a late fee.
• No shows will be charged a no show fee.
