Pole Empress opened its doors on Monday, January 28, 2019, under Owner/Founder Tara Johnson. We are a studio that specializes in Pole Dance and Fitness. We offer classes to all genders through all walks of life. Our goal is to provide a new fitness and dance experience while encouraging self-esteem, self-love, self-care and healthier lifestyles. Pole Empress is a safe space for individuals to learn, grow, explore and be their best selves! Come join us and become an Empress of the pole!

The class was amazing! Instructions were clear and concise. Our instructor had no problem demonstrating when we needed a reminder of how the moves went. She was very encouraging and gave corrections without making us feel crazy. A full body work out and definitely enjoyable!

I had so much fun last night. It was therapeutic for my body on top of going to the gym everyday for an hour the pole empress relaxed my body and created muscles for me. It’s an outlet and hobby I love it. I plan on going to the pole empress 2 days a week. I recommend this exercise too. Loved it so much.

I loved that your classes are small, so you can pay attention to everyone and let the students work at their level of comfort.
